The SouthEast Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (SEATOA) is a professional association composed of individuals and organizations serving citizens through city and county government and regional authorities in the states of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee in the development, regulation, and administration of voice, video, data communications, broadband and PEG operations and information systems services.

SEATOA is a Regional Chapter of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA). The Mission of NATOA is to support and serve the communications interests and needs of local governments. It is a professional association made up of individuals and organizations responsible for - or advising those responsible for - communications policies and services in local governments throughout the country.

SEATOA is aware that many of our members were unable – due to financial or travel limitations – to attend the 2013 SEATOA Conference. Therefore - as a special service for our members - we will post any of the workshop session's Speaker's Presentations provided to us-as well as YouTube video links when they become available.
